Our Hotel is opened all year round with a 24 h reception service.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
The Strand Restaurant opening hours are the following:
- Monday - Saturday: 07.00 - 22.00
- Sunday: 07.00 - 21.00
For how long can room service be ordered?
Our service is available at the following times:
- Monday-Thursday: 07.00 - 21.00
- Friday-Saturday: 07.00 - 22.00
- Sunday: 07.00 - 21.00
What time am i able to check in?
You can check-in any time after 2pm (14.00).
Is it possible to check in early?
The check in time is any time after 2 pm (14.00). To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in may be possible. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check in.
What time should i check out by?
You should check out any time before 11 am.(11.00).
Is it possible to check out later?
If you would like to take the late check out service, please contact the reception of our Hotel. In this case the following charges may apply: 50% of the price of the room before 3pm (15.00 ) ; the full price of the room after 3pm (15.00).
What is the breakfast serving time?
Breakfast use to be served Monday to Sunday beetween 07.00 am - 10.00.am If you take early departure you can ask for breakfast packet.
Do you have high-speed wireless Internet access available?
Wireless Internet access is available at our hotel, free of charge.
Is it possible to park at the Hotel?
In front of our Hotel we have monitored parking places avalible, free of charge.
Where is the smoking area?
Our Hotel is non-smoking, so smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms or public areas of our hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas, furthermore on the first and second floor’s terracces.
